Highly recommend Ramsey for cleaning your wedding dress. Mine came back beautifully clean, pretty sure cleaner than when I wore it on my wedding day! He's a busy man but worth the wait as he works his magic. Loved the cute little tag on the box and can't believe it all fitted into the box. I can now store under my bed without the worry of it in my attic. Thank you Mr Magic!

Ramsey was incredible! I have a Jenny Packham wedding dress which is heavily beaded and most places took one look and refused to help me. Not the case with Ramsey at all! He turned the dress around so quickly (I had a separate wedding reception on account of covid and had forgotten to clean my dress) and it had never looked better. I would trust him with anything and have gone back for a post-reception clean as well.

I got my wedding dress quite mudding after walking in vineyards in the rain for my wedding photos! Ramsey has done the most amazing job! It's quite unbelievable how pristine he was able to get my dress! He is so polite, and quick to reply to messages and emails. Very professional service. Even better the doorstep collection and delivery service is fantastic! Highly reccomend Ramsey for cleaning snd alterations! He did the most phenomenal job on my Stella York.

Faultless service from start to finish. My wedding dress was stored in a cupboard for over 3 years in a dress bag and during a “spring clean” I’ve got it out to have a look and reminisce during the lockdown, followed by floods of tears as there was a HUGE stain at the front and dirt everywhere that clearly have been getting worse due to being left for so long. I thought all hope was lost but my husband organise the cleaning service with Ramsey and the dress has been returned to me in 2 week looking brand new! Very personal service with face to face collection and drop off. The dress is now safety stored in a proper box with tissue so it will stay as good as new. Cannot put my gratitude into words so I’ll just simply say - Thank you!

last year I went on a search to find my wedding dress ready for May this year, I finally found one I absolutely adored, over 2.5 hour drive away! but it was perfect for me! unfortunately due to the virus we had to postpone our wedding day, and due to my dress being a sample it needed to be cleaned and boxed. I searched high and low online for somewhere I felt I could trust to clean my dress. I didn't want anymore bad luck so this was a big decision! After a recommendation from a friend , I chose the wedding dress cleaning specialist! I emailed very late in the night (11.30pm!) and still got a speedy response to my surprise! It felt as though I was talking to a friend rather than someone I didn't know! I booked my dress in with ease and it got collected at a time and date suitable to me, I also got updates throughout (there was a hole in the netting underneath my dress that I knew about but this was bought to my attention in case I hadn't noticed) and then they bought my dress back to me! I left it for the rest of the week as I was working and my partner was home, but today I have managed to unwrap it (it was beautifully wrapped!) and oh my, it smells so fresh, no harsh chemically smells at all, it smells clean, not as though it's been doused in cleaning products, but rather like it is new! The stains underneath the train are gone and it finally feels like my dress now. Praying I get to wear it next year. Thank you so much for being kind, and so helpful! I hope I have managed to wrap the dress back up to your standards

Thank you so much for my dress. My sister mentioned that she was getting her dress cleaned and after leaving my dress for 10 years in the wardrobe in a dress bag, I though I would jump on the band wagon and finally get it cleaned. I pulled it out the wardrobe and was horrified to see a mahosive stain down the front of it that as far as I remembered was not there when I put the dress away. I must have spilt a clear drink down myself and hadn't remembered. ( must have been a good night😆)
